About the Role
This role requires both a player and a coach. The player role is to act as the key accounts’ trusted advisor once in Implementation for new customers and through improvement processes of existing customers. The key to success is to ensure the customer’s goals are being met and Revel exceeds their expectations. In doing so, they will work with cross functional teams to ensure Revel is delivering results, in the form of quality assurance, customer service, performance metrics and overall visibility and pro-active communication and resolution.
The coach role is to lead a team of Partner Success Advisors and Representatives who are assigned to our clients as their key advisor in a similar way as the Partner Success Manager. This person manages the team’s day to day priorities and advocates on behalf of the team across the organization. Team and individual development is part of the Senior Partner Success Manager’s responsibilities.
