About the Role

This role requires both a player and a coach. The player role is to act as the key accounts’ trusted advisor once in Implementation for new customers and through improvement processes of existing customers. The key to success is to ensure the customer’s goals are being met and Revel exceeds their expectations. In doing so, they will work with cross functional teams to ensure Revel is delivering results, in the form of quality assurance, customer service, performance metrics and overall visibility and pro-active communication and resolution.

The coach role is to lead a team of Partner Success Advisors and Representatives who are assigned to our clients as their key advisor in a similar way as the Partner Success Manager.  This person manages the team’s day to day priorities and advocates on behalf of the team across the organization.  Team and individual development is part of the Senior Partner Success Manager’s responsibilities.

You Will

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customers and customer stakeholders
  • Lead point of contact for all matters related to assigned customers once in Implementation
  • Lead team of Partner Success Advisors and Representatives to drive high client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Customers for successful use of Revel Connect Platform
  • Work with cross functional teams (Product, Implementation, Data analytics and Customer Service ) to ensure client success
  • Track key metrics related to but not limited to performance metrics, customer service issues/resolution and QA metrics
  • Communicate customer expectations to internal production teams
  • Help identify root cause issues, risk and mitigation plans
  • Support campaign performance monitoring & reporting
  • Understand the business, operational and technical components of the Company’s products

You Are

  • Understanding of healthcare systems and their application to customer needs.
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals.
  • Ability to develop interpersonal relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Ability to lead a team and help team members grow and develop within Revel
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems, create solutions and direct work independently
  • Ability to manage projects as well as oversee others and execute to deadlines
  • Ability to influence others
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with customers, prospects as well as all internal team members
  • Ability to understand and incorporate technology into work processes

You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience
  • Experience and expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Database programs
  • Software experience preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
